The HIPAA compliancy feature removes all patient identifiers from the data that is stored on ActiGraph servers and replaces it with a unique HIPAA ID. The patient names are stored on the user’s computer and will still be visible when the data is viewed on the computer in which it was uploaded. You will be asked whether you would like this feature activated at the time the account is purchased.
