Please see below for instructions on how to use the GT3X+ Recovery Wizard!
A new version of the GT3X+ data recovery wizard has been released. This version adds the ability to recover data from firmware version 01.07.00 devices that fail to recover after a power loss. The symptoms of such devices are a message from ActiLife stating that the battery died and a report of no data being present on the device.
Version 01.05.00 devices with corrupted file systems are also still recoverable with this application. To prevent data loss, this application does not intialize, update or delete data from the device. Once you are sure that the data has been recovered and is correct, then please use ActiLife application to update the firmware. That process will destroy any data on the device. So, please ensure that data is recovered first!

GT3X+ Recovery Wizard tutorial
- Disconnect all ActiGraph devices from your computer!
- Download and Install the above wizard using the link at the top of the page.

Once installed, run the GT3X+ Recovery Wizard from your desktop

The first screen asks for you to connect your GT3X+ devices. Please attach only the devices that you need to recover data from.

- Once the software detects your attached devices, it will enable the "Next" button. When ready, click the next button to proceed.

In the next screen, you will be able to select which GT3X+ devices you wish to recover. (If you have other GT3X+ devices attached that you don't wish to recover from, this gives you the option to ignore those.)
- Simply click each device in the list you wish to recover. To deselect a device, click it again. All selected devices will be highlight in blue. Click Next to proceed.

In the next screen, you will be given the option to change where you would like the recovered file to be saved to. The software will take each device's data and will save it to the location you specify. If you would like to change the location, click the "Change" button and select a different folder. Once ready, click the "Commit" button to begin the recovery process.

The next screen will appear with a progress indicator for your devices. Once each device is finished, the "Finish" button will enable, closing the wizard.
- Be sure to check the data downloaded at the location you specified above!
