Where can I find my device's serial number?

There are several ways to find the device's serial number. Please see below fro the different software methods:
ActiLife Software:
ActiSync Software:
Find the ActiSync icon in the system tray (bottom right of the desktop) and right click the icon.
ActiSleep\ActiTrainer (Legacy) Software:
The ActiTrainer Device
These device’s serial numbers start with: PUL
You can view the serial number directly from the device by using the buttons on the side of the device. Here is the location:
- Press the “Select” button to open the menu on the ActiTrainer

Press the “Scroll” button until you reach the menu option of “
”. Press Select -
You will see “REV INFO”. Press Select - You will now see the firmware version and the serial number of the device.
There may be a time that the serial number may be printer on a sticker that could be placed on the back of the device.
The All Device Prefixes

These devices may or may not have a sticker placed on the back of them that will have the serial number. You may have to use the software methods mentioned above to find these serial numbers.
