DAT File Repair Tutorial

This tool will fix DAT files that were downloaded/converted to while using the ActiLife 5.5.0 release. This only applies to those files! ActiGraph has released the fix required for proper conversion into a DAT file in the follow update of ActiLife 5.5.0.

If you open your DAT file in Notepad (for example), the file may look something like this:
 
Tutorial:
 
  1. Make a backup off all the DAT files you wish to fix!
  2. Download (link is above) and save the tool to your desktop
  3. Double click the downloaded file to start the software and click on "Select File(s)..." button
  4. Select one or more of the DAT files that are broken (related to ActiLife 5.5.0)
  5. Click "Fix File(s)" button to begin the process.
  6. This will replace your broken files with the correct format.
