In order to cancel your account online, you must cancel it from your Virtual Trainer account/profile. Please follow the below instructions to do this:
- Log into your online account by going to http://app.actitrainer.com and logging in with your username and password

Once logged in, find the profile box to the right as shown and click on the “Profile” link

You will now be in your profile editor page. Find the subscription area to the bottom right as shown and click the “Change Plan” link

Once on the “Change Subscription Plan” page, find the “Cancel Subscription” button

- Follow the rest on-screen instructions to complete the subscription cancel process.
