Error:
When downloading from a GT3X+ device, you may encounter a message within ActiLife saying "Error downloading...".
Problem:
ActiLife requires the "Limb" field to have a value to properly save the inclinometer data.
A user initializes a GT3X+ with no or limited Biometric information and allows the device to collect information. Then the user presses "download" for GT3X+ devices and a menu appears to provide additional information and a download location. The user selects "Create AGD File", selects "Inclinometer" and does not provide the "Limb" location in the "Add Biometric and user information" area.
Here is an example of what will cause this error (Click to enlarge):
If the user presses "Download All Devices" with the above settings (Inclinometer 'checked' with Limb not filled it), it will cause an error and no data will be downloaded.
Resolution:
-
To download the information with Inclinometer data, the user needs to make sure there is a value selected in the "Limb" field if the Inclinometer box is checked.

To download the information without Inclinometer data, uncheck the "Inclinometer" box under "Create AGD File".
